~*NATUREBOX*~

About a month or so ago I came across celeb Tori Spelling's blog and she mentioned a monthly box called NatureBox. I looked more into it and I found out it's not like your typical monthly subscriptions like Birchbox or MyGlam.

IT'S HEALTHY AND GOOD FOR YOU! :)

Watch my video here:

COMING SOON! :)

NatureBox is a monthly subscription where you can get:
* new all-natural snacks every month so you'll get to try some yummy treats! :)
* you will get up to 5 full sized bags
* you can cancel at any time

They currently are sending boxes to 48 continental states!

NatureBox would be a great gift for anyone in your life!

For every box NatureBox sends out they donate a meal to a child in need in America! NatureBox has fed over 14 MILLON hungry kids! I love that! We can eat healthy snacks that enrich our bodies and make a difference with helping end hunger in America! Isn't awesome to give back?!

This intrigued me because I've been trying to workout, get more healthy and to eat some foods that are more natural and not full of fillers and sugar!

NatureBox is approved by nuturionalists and contain: No High Fructose Corn Syrup, No Partially
Hydrogenated Oils, No Trans Fats, No Artificial Sweeteners, No Artificial Flavors, No
Artificial Colors.

So I contacted NatureBox and let them know that I was interested in their box and I would love to test it out and share my thoughts on my youtube channel and they were so sweet and agreed to send me a box :) YAY!

                                                                              ♥
When I got my June Box I was SO excited and I couldn't wait to see all the snacks in my box!

♥
Like other monthly subscriptions there's a note card inside stating what you have in your box and a description of each item :)

On the other side of the card it has a recipe using one of the snacks in the box and more!
I also love the fun yellow paper in the box! It makes fun and happy!

LET'S GET INTO THE SNACKS!

I love that on each of the bags it shows the nutritional facts!

I also love that the bags are resealable!

I got 5 bags of snacks!

Apple Rings

The apple rings are dried and have no added sugar to them! They are so delish and even though they are dried they are still a bit juicy and a great snack for on the go! :)

Harvest Granola

The Harvest Granola is granola filled with sweet fruits and hardy nuts and perfect for breakfast on the go!

Sun-Ripened White Peaches

The peaches and they are so sweet and massive! The site says they are
have been ripened by the natural California sunshine! Yummy!

 ♥
Citrus Almonds

This is my favorite snack from the box! The site says the almonds have fresh orange and lime juices and tossed with zesty ginger and garlic, reminiscent of a tangy marinade! They are so delish and it's the perfect combination of flavors in your mouth! YUMMY!!!

 ♥
 Organic Mighty Mix

This snack mix is filled with roasted nuts, seeds and juicy raisins! This would be a great snack after working out!

~*Nail Of The Day: BLUE SKY*~

Today's NOTD features 3 of the Julep polishes that I ordered from HauteLook recently.
I'm loving the ombre looks for summer so I thought that I would have fun with my nails and do a blue ombre look! It's really fun look and you can do it with as many colors as you like :)

~*JULEP ON HAUTELOOK*~

Weather you call it "hot"look or "hoot"look you will know about the amazing deals that you can find on hautelook daily :)

I recently browsed the site and came across some Julep nail polish and I was super pumped because I've been wanting to try some more of their polishes but on their site they run for $14 each! YIKES!

They are toxin free which is amazing especially if you're trying to use more natural products and also if your pregnant you don't have to worry about having snazzy nails with toxins that can harm your lil one :)

Also what I love about Julep is they give $1 from every polish to other organizations that help and empower women! GIRL POWER!!! :)

When I saw they had sets of 3 of the polishes for $14.98 I thought "SCORE!"

I got 2 sets one in the blue family and the other in the orange family.

(Amy no flash)

The Julep site describes this color as a:
Smoky, turquoise creme.

It's a little bit darker then I thought but it's a pretty color and will be prefect for all 4 seasons! The polish was opaque with one coat so I didn't feel the need to add another coat. I'm really looking forward to wearing this color in the fall :)

(Claire with flash)

(Claire with flash)

The Julep site describes this color as a:

Sky blue creme.

I LOVE this color! It reminds me of the robin egg candies you can get around easter! It's a nice bright blue and a great color to wear in spring/summer! This polish was also opaque with one coat with no streaks!

(Jessica with flash)

(Jessica without flash)

The Julep site describes this color as a:

Soft and sweet baby blue creme.
The description is so right! I'm really loving cream opaque colors right now and I think that it's great for a 4 seasons! The color was a little streaky the first coat but the second coat left it nice and opaque!

(Sasha with flash)

(Sasha with flash)

The Julep site describes this color as a:

Fresh, cantaloupe melon creme.

I think this is my favorite color from the haul! I love coral for summer and this is one of my top favorites! This polish makes me look a little more tan! Who loves it when that happens?! This polish was opaque with one coat with no streaks!

(Natasha with flash)

(Natasha with flash)

The Julep site describes this color as a:

Intense orange creme.

This polish looks more like a tomato red to me than an orange color but it's still pretty!
It's more like a jelly formula than a cream and I did have some trouble with streaks:( It was opaque after 2 coats :)

(Hayden with flash)

(Hayden with flash)

The Julep site describes this color as a:

Neon peach creme.

This one was my least favorite of the bunch :( In the pic I took with the polish on it looks more yellow then peach but in person it is more peach. The formula was very streaky and I had to put on 3 coats to make it opaque and to me it looked like there was too much polish on my nails. It might look better with a shorter nail but as of now I'm not a fan :(

Have you tried any of Julep polishes???

~*The Little Things*~

Recently I came across one of my favorite youtubers SprinkleofGlitter's blog post called "Being Happy"and I really enjoyed it!

If you would like to read it click here:
***Sprinkle Of Glitter*** || Beauty | Baby | Lifestyle | UK: Being Happy: Aloha Sprinklerinos, I uploaded my most recent video, Being Happy, yesterday and have been bowled over by the response.  I had thought it...

Sometimes we complain when our nail chipped or we can't
get the latest Mac lipstick because it's sold out but there are people out there that really struggling and after reading Lousie's blog it really made me think that I have some much to be grateful for and to focus on the  things that make me happy instead of being a "Negative Nancy" some of the time!

So I thought that I would share some things that make me smile :)

My husband makes me smile everyday and I'm so grateful he's in my life :)

This is my pup Dominick! I've wanted a pug ever since I saw "Milo and Otis" when I was a kid so I'm so blessed he's in my life. He's my lil angel :)

This is my other pup Molly! My husband and I nicknamed her "Lil Mama" b/c she's one of the most loving dogs you'll ever meet. My husband and I got her from a local ASPCA about 4 years ago when she was a puppy and she the best lil girl and a lil friend for Dominick to play with :)

I love NYC! I've been about 5x and it's AMAZING! If you haven't gone before you must!

(courtesy of Google)

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the broadway show WICKED! I've seen it 2x in NYC and I could watch it a million times more and I would never get tired of it! I just love this picture of Idina Menzel as Elphaba. I listen to the Wicked album with her and Kristen Chenoweth at least once a day!
(I might be a little obessesed ;)
I unfortunely never got to see Idina play Elphaba but I have seen her in concert (2nd row thanks for my sweet husband!) and she sings so beautifully! It was a dream come true to see her on stage! :)

Let's think about people and things that make us happy and not dwell on people or things that bring us down. We should be grateful for what we do have and say "Thanks" or even "I love you" to the people that are in our lives! :)

What are some things that make you smile?
